Dealers DenThe 2025 Dealers Den will have slots for at least 16 vendors! A section of our Dealers Den will be set up for an Artist's Alley, for those who wish to only sell comissions/digital art.

Raveyard Dance 2025
The 2025 Raveyard Dance will happen on Friday October 10th and Saturday October 11th in the evenings from 9 pm until 2 am.
From 9 pm until 10 pm the Raveyard Dance will be all ages. From 10 pm until Midnight, the Raveyard will be 16+. From Midnight until 2 am, the Raveyard dance will be 18+.
Attire must remain PG-13 until 8 pm. After 8 pm, attire must cover genitalia. Rave pasties are allowed and fulfill this requirement.
Alcohol is not allowed inside the Ballroom/Raveyard dance area. You will be asked to either throw away or finish your alcoholic beverages at the entry point.
Please party safely. We care about you and your wellbeing! Water dispensers will be available through the event, first aid (including Narcan) will be available if you contact a staff member or ops worker, and an AA/NA meeting will be held Friday evening at 7 pm. You are loved and supported!

Room Party Floor
Heartland Howloween will have the topmost floor of the hotel as our room party floor. There will be convention sponsored and promoted room parties as well as attendee run parties! Please feel free to submit an application to host a room party once you've booked your room!
Swimming Pool
The hotel has a pool available for our use! No fursuits are allowed in the pool, as it will damage the filtration systems. There will be a door attendant to make sure the pool is being used safely and according to capacity guidelines.
